PROFILE
My name is Kevin Langdon. I started my television career in front of the camera as a journalist, after qualifying with a post graduate qualification from Cardiff Journalism School (CJS) more than 25 years ago.
But, after a few years, following an opportunity to use a camera and film for myself, I changed direction and moved behind the camera and have never looked back since.
I worked for ITV for 13 years, firstly in the South West before moving to Bristol, gaining a huge amount of experience with everything to do with making videos and television. I was also part of the team that won a National RTS award for our coverage of the Somerset Floods.
Since then I have been freelance, working for all the major broadcasters in the UK, as well as regularly making corporate films. I have also been part of a team involved in working on hundreds of Live Outside Broadcasts, both large and small.
The ability to shoot with a variety of 4K & HD cameras, plus action cameras, gimbals as well as my drone. And then having the option to edit on location utilising my crew van as well being able to broadcast live with my LiveU, ensures broadcast clients have everything they need in a single, self contained package.
For the individual or a corporate client, I can shoot and edit a film for upload to their website or social media or other outlets such as You Tube. I can also live stream events or presentations with extra cameras, kit and crew being available, if needed.
